All returns  and exchanges are for store credit only.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We can not guarantee the item you wish to exchange will still be available upon receiving your return. We must accept and receive the return before giving store credit.  

Original Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo of the item,your full name and order number. Do not return merchandise without contacting the store first.
