Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are for store credit only and will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must not smell of body odor or smoke. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@rosevineboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We must accept and receive the return before giving store credit.
If you had a local delivery we will do our best to work with you on returning or exchanging the item.
Local delivery returns will receive the partial amount of the original delivery fee.
You will be responsible for new shipping or local delivery fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo of the item, your full name and order number. Do not return merchandise without contacting the store first.
